You might be thinking "How can I get these books into the my childrens classes, or to my favorite charity where children often go without even the simple things such as a favorite toy or book?"
The answer is... "Reach for the Stars!" Reading incentive program

As a Consultant with Usborne Books I am able to offer you the FULL line of over 1100 titles along with my expertise, finding just the right book for the person it's intended for.

Reach for the Stars is a pledge-based reading program which rewards children with Usborne Books for achieving their reading goals.

The program is a read-a-thon in which students collect pledges for reading (or being read to) for 300 minutes over a 10-14 day period of time. (The number of minutes and the time allotted for this program are totally flexable.)
The pledge money that is collected is used to purchase books for the students and for his/her classroom and/or school library.
It can also be a fundraiser with up to 40% of the proceeds taken as cash. (The students will still earn 40% of the pledge money in FREE books for their efforts.)
Can be run simultaniously with other reading incentive programs such as Pizza Hut and McDonalds. The important difference is that instead of just getting free food, the students get GREAT books.
The program is flexible and can be tailored to suit the needs of the organization.
The school will also receive free books based on the total dollar amount of books ordered in the online book fair (efair) corrisponding to the read-a-thon.

40% OF FUNDS KEPT AS CASH:
Collected pledges (100%)
Cash for the school (40%)
Student Book order (40%)
Teacher Book order (20%)
Plus more FREE books!!(Possibly up to 20%)

100% OF FUNDS USED AS BOOKS:
Collected pledges (100%)
Student Book order (50%)
Teacher Book order (50%)
Plus FREE books!! (Possibly up to 20%)
