U.S. Immigration and Visa Services

Immigration and Visa Assistance.

For Filipinos in the U.S., USISN assists in their immigration cases, including legal representation through counsel.  Cases include filing visa petitions (family-sponsored and employment-based); adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident; extension of stay and/or change of status from one nonimmigrant category to another such as from tourist visa to working visa.

Visa Assistance

For kababayans in the Philippines, USHR provides visa counseling and assistance for those who could qualify in any of the 19 types of nonimmigrant visas.  USHR specializes in business visas such as Treaty Traders (E-1) and Treaty Investors (E-2) as well as Intra-company Transferees (L-1) for managers or executives of multinational companies.

Job Opportunities

Employment opportunities are sent to USHR Philippines periodically by the U.S. branches of either Expercs International or USHR for those seeking to be employed in the U.S.

U.S. Citizenship and Readmission to the U.S.

We also offer consultation for Filipinos with approved or pending immigrant visa petitions. Certain individuals may qualify for U.S. citizenship, especially if they have U.S. citizen grandparents, or have served the U.S. government over a specified period of time.

Clients also include Filipinos who were deported, removed or voluntarily left the U.S. after the conclusion or during their immigration proceedings in the U.S.  These would include seamen, tourist visa holders who overstayed or were detained by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and visa holders who were deported or removed from the U.S. either before being admitted at a port of entry (POE) or after being admitted into the U.S.
