Lucy Rees Non-Player Character Position: Chief of Intelligence Rank: Lieutenant Commander Race: Human Age: 30 Gender: Female Place of Birth: Welsh Valleys, Earth Character Appearance: Lucy has dark, almost black, long hair, a well kept figure and blue eyes. Her expressions often change betweenjoyful playfulness and deeply thoughtful in an instant. Character Personality: Lucy is generally a happy and fun loving character most of the time, though she uses this to make sure she keeps sane after spending long periods of time brooding and thinking about the latest knowledge she is privy to. She is more than capable of keeping secrets (hence her position as an intel officer) unless she feels the situation requires her to inform people of the truth. Character History: Born in Wales to tradtional welsh parents, her mother and father did their best to try and keep her from following her older brothers and sister into Starfleet. However, from a young age, Lucy had always been interrested in finding out secrets and amongst her friends and family, she became known as a good person to tell your secrets too. When she came of age, she wanted to something with her love of keeping and hoarding secrets and decided against her parents wishes to join Star Fleet, training to become an Intelligence Officer. She excelled in her studies, dedicating herself to her training during her academy years and the finally got her wish to become an Intelligence officer. For several years, she worked as an Intelligence Officer for Starfleet Intelligence itself before a desire to be out amongst it all over came her and she managed to find herself a position onboard the USS Maelstrom as Chief of Intelligence. There she still is today, working closely with the Romulans but all the time still feeding information back and forth to Starfleet Intelligence.
