Rebels Teal vs Rebels B Shooters
The third place Rebels B Shooters would meet the fourth place Rebels Teal for the third time this season. In the previous two meetings, both teams won a game with the Rebels B Shooters having a scoring edge of 16-15. But this time, a new challenged was given: Winner takes all including the season championship.

Rebels Teal jumped out in front with first period goals scored by Laura and Linda against veteran netminder, Wendy, of the Rebels B Shooters.

With Danielle anchoring the Rebels Teal net, Linda went out to score her second goal of the game for a 3-0 lead. Tanya broke up the shutout with a goal of her own to pull the Rebels B Shooters within two goals. However, with the defense tightening up on both side of the center line, Laura was able to punch in her second goal of the game to end the second period 4-1 favoring the visiting Rebels Teal.

Linda's penalty shot goal gave her a hat trick for the day, Rebels Teal a 5-1 final score victory and another championship for the Rebels' team.

With the game over, we were all ready to go over to Chuck and Lorraine's house for the summer barbeque and to reveal the latest price and news: The Rebels were now the HTHL 2000 Spring Champions.
