This technique isn't introduced until halfway into the Kyoto arc. The first fighter seen with this technique is Anji, a former priest and now a warrior for the Juppon Gatana. He teaches it to Sano as Sano travels to Kyoto to assist Kenshin. Anyway, this technique is the double-limit technique, and what that basically is, is after you attack once, you follow up instantly to double your power, even though it only looks like you attacked once. Even though this technique took years for the priest Anji to master it, seeing to he made it, and it took Sano only a week to do it. Overall, this technique is useful if you know your punches aren't strong enough, so then you could double your power, or even more! The Attacks: Street Fighting: There really isn't a real stance or technique that anyone uses, but Sano uses street fighting to fight his opponents. The Futae No Kiwami just powers up his attacks. Knuckle Follow-Up: There really isn't a name for this, but this is how you perform the Futae No Kiwami. The user first punches an object, then instantly punches again with his knuckles, so it looks like it was only one attack. Full Power Futae No Kiwami: Basically increasing your power even further, making a much larger impact...in the fight between Sano and Anji in Shishio's castle, Anji's Futae No Kiwami seemed to be a lot stronger than Sano's. |
