ENGAGEMENT Matthew proposed on Saturday, January 11, 2003, the day we celebrated our two-year anniversary (our official anniversary was Monday, January 13). He did it the only way he could with this 'OH-toooooo' cute card: As you can tell, the theme of the card has now become the theme of our website. On January 12, 2003, Matthew asked my parents for my hand in marriage, at which time we discovered that a traditional Chinese engagement ceremony is necessary. The fortuitous date of February 15, 2003 was chosen. |
