Kevin and I have been together since January. We haven't met yet, but have plans for it as soon as I graduate from school. I am from Shepherdsville KY, and he is in Liverpool England. Which equals out to 3,908 miles away from each other. Kinda far huh?
Well, anywhoo, the first night we talked, something just clicked with us. It was incredible. :o) I wasn't going to get involved with the whole net relationship, but how could I not? He was awesome, felt like I'd known him forever. I think thats the key, is that connection you feel right away. The distance is only temporary, but I just pray it doesnt last long.
Oh, here's a poem I found, and I dont know if you like poetry, but its very good. Here goes:
Whether its 16 or 70, or in between, love is the supreme emotion that lifts you off the floor, and lets you walk on air.
When you're in love, everything is brighter and better. You feel like singing, dancing, whistling, skipping, kissing, and touching. The sky is bluer, the dark clouds less threatening.
Your smile is broader. You want to shout if from the housetops and tell the train or cab driver, the girl at the check out, and anyone that will lend an ear.
How do you know your in love? You just know. Your soul mate is just as certain. You would go to the ends of the earth for the one you love, walk barefoot over glowing coals, brave hark-infested waters, challenge a tiger.
Love takes two, the feeling must be equally intense for both. One-sided love simply does not work. Unreciprocated love borders on fantasy. It is unrewarding and doomed to disapoint. Sex combined with love is the ultimate high. Sex without love will falter, fade and leave only emptiness. True passion cannt be faked. Nor be explained, but you will know when true love comes to you.
