Marshall Industries is the family-owned, world-wide company belonging to the Marshall family. Officially, it is owned by Pierce Marshall, John Marshall, and Elizabeth Marshall von Oldenburg, but John's wife, Maureen and son Nick are also heavily involved in the day-to-day running of things. Marshall Industries is most heavily involved with real estate and development, but it also holds some shipping and import/export contracts as well as several mining contracts left-over from its early days.

Marshall Industries' home office is located in the top five floors of a downtown Victoria office building owned by the company, but it also has offices in key cities around the world, most notably Toronto, Montreal, and Tokyo.
