F'ren tans very easily and stays a dark brown. handedness: Left handed voice: Strong solid tenor jewelry/weapons: A necklace of wherehide chord, long on his neck and worn tucked in. The charm is a silver figure in the shape of mating dragons. He wears a dagger on his belt that boasts a intriquately engraved hilt carved to depict a thread Fall. He also wears two throwing knives tucked into his boot. clothing you wear: A light shirt of muslin-like cloth that hangs loosly on his wirey frame. Dark brown pants that fit, but not by much. He has never been to a tailor, and buys what he can find to fit his long legs. He always look presentable, but if he were to take the time and energy to be fitted for clothes, he'd be considered dashing. personal possessions: Not much aside from his clothes, jewelry, and weapons. He owns a set of pipes and a guitar that he playes occasionally, but never within earshot of another person.

Emotional Description: F'ren is haunted by the horrors that befell him at Phalen the day of the Earthquake. In general he is jovial with a ready laugh, but on occasion he can be found deep within his own thoughts. Not quick to snap, F'ren will take an emotional beating for a long while. When his fuse is lit, however, though it is a slow burn the explosion is violent. He will listen to just about anything, except boasting, and that he can handle for a bit.

Brief History: F'ren was born and raised in Ista Weyr, and, as weyrbred, holds little stock in family relations. He managed to keep out of trouble for the most part, but, like all children, managed to find as much trouble as he possible could on a few occasions. At one point in his childhood, he and his older brother were playing 'hide-and-seek' from his sister. They had hidden in the pantry behind the flour on the second shelf from the top. Both of their weight, slight children as they were, broke the shelf, sending both children and the flour crashing to the ground. F'ren broke his arm and was covered in flour, while his brother was merely covered in flower. Years later, after F'ren had been sent to a hold for fostering, and his older brother to the weaver hall for training, F'ren and his mother were visiting her sister in Phalen Weyr. Everyone knew that a hatching was due, but none were sure how soon. At 13 F'ren Impressed on the sands of Phalen Weyr. The small brown searched him out of those in the crowd, wanting none other than the scrawny boy. F'ren and brown Torlth were raised at Phalen Weyr. They grew within the weyr and became one of the most sought after pair to help others with their problems. They actually were the Weyrleader's Second, until the earthquake.

Description: Torlth has a dark scar just behind his jaw from a Threadscore that almost claimed his sight in his left eye.

Personality: almost completely opposite of his rider, except that Torlth doesn't have much of a temper, he just chooses to ignore those that irratate him. He can sometimes become dictatorial to F'ren in matters of personal nature and in care of the dragon himself.

Strengths/Weaknesses: distance flight and Stamina/patience with those that irratate him.
