Carl knew what he was doing. Crazy Carl stepped up
to the plate Saturday evening against the tough lefty, Dan Plesac. The
weird thing was is that Carl chose to bat left-handed even though Plesac
is tough on lefties. Carl swung his mighty bat and drilled a ball into
the restaurant in Skydome, an absolute bomb that propelled the Sox to
a 2-1 victory.

Carl was key in the Red Sox victory on Sunday afternoon.
He went 3 for 4, had a RBI double and a stolen base.

Crazy Carl hit his second
grand slam of the week on Friday against the Royals. He helped the Sox
rollover K.C. 9-2. Carl drove in 9 RBI this week and has 18 RBI on the
young season. A good first month for the dynamic, outrageous, mysterious
Crazy Carl.

Everett explodes with a big night over the reborn
Twins. Crazy Carl went 2-4 with 5 RBI and he had a huge grandslam in
the second inning. Everett would later add a RBI single and he helped
the Sox to a 9-4 victory over the Twinkes.

Mr. Everett has been a good boy on and off the field
so far but it is early. Carl has started to heat it up at the plate,
he is batting .292, with 1 homer and 4 RBI.
