Hi! I'm Hula Hula and this is where you'll find all kinds of handy So-Soft Cleaning tips!
Cleaning So-Softs
"Tip one: mix a little dish soap and bleach in your kitchen sink and and water. Find a soft name brush or a soft tooth brush and gently scrub them down in circles. I f you can't get them clean this way then put a little bleach on a rag and dab it on the fuzz. I have had real great luck cleaning them this way and hope you will too." -Sail-Away
"Hehehe, did you know So Softs are dishwasher safe? Except Shady, her hair "bleeds" on to her flocking. When I clean my ss ponies, I use Woolite and a tooth brush. And I scrub! I've never had any flocking loss or wear due to a good scrub! But the woolite leaves the flocking soft and new-like. It may not take out all stains, tho. Palmolive dishsoap, spray and wash, and goo-gone are other things I've used on SS Ponies." -Heather Runge/Taffy
"Baby toothbrush and soft soap.. A little bird suggested that to me once. :)" -Baby flicker
"You can use alot of different things. Personally I use SoftScrub Bleach, and Lysol + Bleach spray." - ~BabyPosey1~
"For So Softs, use the soap set them on the counter for five minutes or so until you see the dirt rings around thier feet then run warm water ovwer the bodies. Re-soap if you want to, use sauve conditioner on them leave them with the conditioner on them for a few minutes then rinse. If soiled, use a baby hair brush in a circular motion." -Aine
"Cupcake is a new pony. I took a soft toothbrush & scrubbed her with dawn & hot water & rinsed. I then scrubbed with soft scrub with bleach & let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse & sit upside down to dry." -Peppermint Crunch
"Put them in a tightly closed pillow case in the clothes washer" -Tootsie
"Glad you mentioned the clothes washer hair and the dryer----put a baggie aroundthe hair (kind of tight) and put a rubber bandaround it to hold it too--remember-us ladies knowthat you have to go through a lot of trouble to look good so grin and bear it Truly--Lofty and Shady-it won't hurt for long and DO NOT DRY THEM IN THE DRYER....I just let them sit out for a couple of days and dry naturally." -Sparkle-pony
"When mine come out of the [clothes] washer there hair is MESSY! but don't fret! After the wash, cover there body in conditioner and let it set for about 5 min, rinse and towel dry. Then let them sit over night or so until they are completely dry. Brush and style and whala you have a minty little pony! =]" -Misty
