CisvNet it's a net of chat programs where you can find Cisvers that want chat. There are 4 programs: Netemeeting, ICQ, mIRC,POWWOW and IRCLE(for Mac Users). But the real porpuse is that you get in the CisvNET List so the other people can find you (submit the form and get in the list).

But how the other people can find me? it's easy just submit this form and you will be add to CisvNET List
After you have install the mIRC software plase join anyone of the IRC servers in the list and join #cisv.
