What a delight to see this site. I was a member of the band from 1956 to 1959 when I enlisted into the Army (tenor drummer) and served with Sean Senior, Louie Hersch, and the Ruane brothers (Robert was in the Army with me at Ft Myer, Virginia). Up until 1 70, I was playing with the City of Wilmington Pipe Band and Denny and Dunnypace Pipe Band as Bass Drummer and gave it up after that.
