Poppy Z. Brite is an author with such talent, her peers can only marvel. Her books are enchanting as well as vivid. Lucidly vivid. Ms. Brite can write anything and make it so convincing you will be her follower until the end, or after. Read her novels, it will be the best thing to ever happen to you. "Lost Souls", "Drawing Blood", "Exquisite Corpse", "The Crow: The Lazarus Heart", and collections of short stories ("Wormwood/Swamp Foetus", and soon to come "Are you Loathsome Tonight?" that are marvelous. She also has innumerable short stories in other anthologies. Ms. Brite is the editor of two erotic vampire short story anthologies, "Love in Vein", and "Love in Vein II". I'm not sure but I think there is also an anthology called "Razor Kiss" I will have more stable facts soon..
