Mozart

    Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was centrally important Austrian composer of the classical era and one of the most inspired composers in Western musical tradition. Mozart was born a January 27, 1756, in Salzburg. His years of life were 1756 to 1791. His father was concertmaster in the court orchestra of the archbishop of Salzburg and a celebrated violinist, composer, and author. By the age of six Mozart had become an accomplished performer on the clavier, violin, and organ and was a highly skilled in sight-reading and improvisation. Mozart also composed five short piano pieces while he was six, and his father also took him on concert tours through the courts Europe, and while on these tours Mozart composed sonatas for the harpsichord and violin, a symphony, an oratorio, and the opera buffa La finta semplice (The Simple Pretense). Then later he took his father’s job as the concertmaster to the archbishop of Salzburg, and later that year at La Scala in Milan, Italy he was made a Chevalier of the Order of the Golden Spur by the pope. And later on Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart composed more pieces and lived a good life.
