Sand blows into an empty city... The wind picks up a newspaper... It flies up a tower (appears to be the tallest one in the city)... From the top, we see in a distance the two combatants, Goku and Suu Shinlon in a stand off... The newspaper is blown into Suu, but is vaporized by the heat before it even touches him... Goku suggests the fight seriously, and Suu agrees. The stare at each other some more... Then they each fire a beam from their hands, and they collide cause a huge explosion of light...

Goku and Suu struggle against each other, and vehicles are being blown into the sky lodging themselves into sides of buildings. A huge explosion takes place, and Goku and Suu are now locked in physical combat. They basically punch at each other in midair as they approach the tall tower. Suu then fires a blast which Goku avoids, and Goku goes to punch, but gets caught in a headlock. Suu crushes his head a bit, then fires a blast into his face sending him flying into the tower's wall.

Suu Shinlon flies right up to the stuck Goku, and blasts him. Goku gets out of the way though, and the ball of energy gets lodged into the tower for a bit, before exploding, taking out the top of the tower. Goku reappears behind Suu and blasts, but he dodges. After Suu reappears, Goku blasts again, but again he dodges. This happens once more until Suu reappears right in front of Goku's face... They both place a palm to each other's faces.

Goku tells Suu that's he's good, being faster than him... Suu tells him he's right. Goku tells him that he's still the stronger one, and he headbutts Suu away. Then, Goku prepares a 10X Kamehameha... Suu recovers and smiles, then reappears in front of Goku to turn him as he fires it, making it hit the top (from what's left) of the tower. Suu tells Goku that when he does the Kamehameha, there's a delay, allowing him to use his speed to counter.

Goku then asks if he can handle this... Goku starts the Kamehameha again, but zips away... Suu follows, but Goku zips away again... This happens twice more, then Goku is zipping around all over the place leaving afterimages (Zanzoken). Suu Shinlon just floats in one spot with his eyes closed... He then lets out one blast hitting Goku before he can fire. Goku is sent flying into some wrecked building taking the rest of it down...

Goku starts to worry about the speed of his opponent, not even a Zanzoken Kamehameha was fast enough to fire. Then, a blast speeds towards Goku, but he jumps out of the way. Suu Shinlon flies in to attack, but Goku asks him to wait, and jumps down into some half-destroyed building. Suu Shinlon follows in and starts walking down a hall... He sees Goku preparing a Kamehameha in the distance, and calls Goku and idiot for not realizing that the Kamehameha is now useless against him.

Suu Shinlon fires a blast at Goku and it hits... But then it shatters revealing it to be only a mirror... Goku is actually behind Suu, now with a palm to the head and ready to blow it off... Suu Shinlon admits defeat, and wishes to be killed now. Goku then puts his hand on his shoulder, and Suu asks him what this means... Goku tells him that he owed him one. Flashing back to Episode 54 when Pan wanted to face Suu Shinlon.

Goku remembers that at that time, he thought Suu would kill Pan. But he didn't, and Suu tells him that he won't kill women or kids. Goku is a little surprised at this and thinks he has some good in him, and he disappears. Suu follows suit... Goku reappears above the city, and then Suu. Goku tells him now that they are even, they can fight all out again.

Suu prepares a one-handed blast, while Goku a 10X Kamehameha... Suu fires his, but then a blue one appears and overtakes it hitting Goku in the arm first, encasing it in ice. Goku is shocked, wondering what it was... Suu looks back, and standing on what's left of the tower, is the blue version of Suu. Suu Shinlon calls out to him as "Big Brother"... Goku is surprised at this as they both look at the latest Evil Dragon to show itself...

(Commercial Break)

The pair continue to look at the third... The Blue one tells Suu that he hasn't changed, still naive... Suu tells him to to disturb them... Goku is surprised that they are brothers. Suu tells Goku that he is his big brother, San Shinlon (Three Star Dragon). Goku is surprised the evil dragons can be like them (humans, i guess) and have bothers, and comments on how this is a scary thought.

San Shinlon then tells Goku that he has retrieved all the Dragon Balls they've collected, and shows him Pan's back pack. Goku is worries and asks what he did with Pan, and San looks below... Goku looks and sees Pan, leaning against a wall. Goku goes to her; she seems badly hurt, but awake. Pan stumbles her way to Goku and falls into his arms. She apologizes for losing the Dragon Balls to that evil dragon, and faints.

Goku tells her to hold on, then turns to San angry at how he treated her. San throws the backpack to Suu telling to hold on to the Dragon Balls. Suu doesn't look happy and lands inbetween Goku and San. Suu tells San to not do such useless things, and that Goku's opponent is him right now. San tells him to get out of the way, and that he's had enough of the way he fights. San flies past Suu, and quickly fires a force throwing Goku and Pan back.

San continues saying that now there's no holding back, and that this is a fight, not children playing in the sand. San asks Suu if he understands this, Suu tells him to shut up, and tells him that he doesn't understand for this is he fights. San calls him an idiot and tells him there are no different ways to fight, in a fight, you either just do it, or not. Goku is getting up, but San fires a blast at him... He dodges, but the explosion throws Pan's limp body further away.

San tells Goku that this is how the big picture is, and fires a laser from one of his eyes. The beam hits Goku's other arm turning it into ice. San gloats saying that Goku can't fight since both his arms can't move. San then punches Goku in the gut, and continues with an elbow to the face. San unleashes a flurry of punches and kicks, and laughs asking Goku why he doesn't counter.

Then, San finds himself to have a foot in his mouth... Goku smiles saying that his laugh creeps him out, and asks him to shut up... Goku then tells him that all he needs is his feet to take care of him... Goku then launches a flurry of kicks to San's gut, ending off with a kick to the head. San then tells him that his feet are too bothersome, and he fires his Eye Beam at one of Goku's legs, turning it into ice.

Goku starts hopping around on one foot, and San fires at his other leg turning that into ice... Then San turns his stomach into ice... Then his chest... And finally, his head. Goku is turned into an ice statue again (like in Hell). San tells Goku that his face is really hard to look at now, and then tells Suu not to be naive, and that this is a true battle. Goku thinks that San is powerful, even with the power of a Super Saiya-jin 4, he can't move.

San Shinlon then wants Goku to be eliminated now, and he calls for Suu Shinlon to kill him. San tells him that Goku's been frozen, can't even move a finger, and tells him to hit him with an attack, and victory shall be his. Suu just stands there, and San asks him what he's waiting for... San tells him that since he's his little brother, he's willing to give this to him. Suu tells San that he doesn't want to win like this, and won't attack a defenceless person.

Suu tells San that if he didn't interfere, he would have already won the fight. San starts walking to Suu, Suu tells him that he wants to use his own strength, his own power to beat Son Goku.... San goes right up to his face, calls him an idiot and punches him in the gut, then knees him in the head, which also sends the Dragon Ball flying... San tells him to not be so naive, like a child, then starts beating him up...

San wonders if there's been a mistake, having Suu for a brother... San then lifts him up telling him that he'll smarten him up... San throws him back telling Suu to show him what he's made of, and kill Son Goku. Suu looks at Goku, and tells San he understands... Suu starts gathering energy in his mouth... The ball of energy grows in front of him into a small "sun"... Suu grabs it, and prepares to launch it... Then Suu thinks back to the fight they had earlier...

San Shinlon tells Suu to hurry up, and Suu yells "Solar Attack" and fires the fireball... It hits Goku blowing up sending flames into the air... In the flames, Goku still stands... After the flames subside, San realizes what his brother did, and Suu just looks at him angrily... Goku now tells San that before, he called Suu an idiot, but he's the bigger idiot for not finishing me (Goku) off himself. Goku then, while stretching, tells Suu to just wait, he'll finish off San in 10 seconds, then they can fight again.

Goku is ready to fight San, and San thinks he's underestimating him... San powers up turning everything around them into ice; Goku floats up into the air before the ice reaches him... Goku sees this as the same old attack and tells San that it won't work... San powers up more freezing the entire city and the surrounding desert... Goku then lands back on the ground, but slips on the ice and bangs his head... Then he tells San that he takes back what he said... He'll only take 5 seconds to beat him.
