Information on the /\ucifer:
/\ucifer was formed after the animtaion "Kaikan Phrase" by Shinjo Mayu was released, in 1999. In Kaikan Phrase, the band "/\ucifer", is made up of Sakuya (vocalist), Atsuro (guitarist), Yuki (guitarist), Towa (bassist) & Santa (drummer). It is about a J-rock band with a handsome leading guy named Sakuya, the vocalist of the /\ucifer (who is represented by Makoto in the real life band).
Except for Makoto, the rest of the band members bear the character names from the original anime. Each member's images are similar to that of the anime. /\ucifer made their debut in Japan on 15 September 1999 with the single "Datenshi Blue", the theme song from Kaikan Phrase. /\ucifer is the French pronounciation of the word Lucifer. Which means Satan...
Unfortunately, /\ucifer decided to disband on 10 January 2003 right after their last tour in Thailand...
