My heart is wrenching in pain
Knowing that wishing for you 
is but insane.

Still, my heart kept on wishing
... but wishing in vain.

I have searched high, 
And I've searched deep and low.
"But the more I discover 
the more I do not know."

I pondered my thoughts 
to unravel this mystery,
I just got frustrated 
and it adds more to my misery.

I then tried to reason myself out
But it persisted all the more 
and I'm losing the bout.

Now, my soul is agonizing,
My spirit is but grieving,
But this feelings I have for you
Remained, unrelenting
Even though that such is but 
...forbidden!

So, this wishings of mine,
so vain, I must but rend.
Find a way somehow 
for these feelings to end.
