	Designing and developing system and programs in Delphi 5 for conducting experiments on Emission Trading at the Department of Economics, McMaster University.
	Designed a Market Survey questionnaire for a study to improve the effectiveness of Business Improvement Areas in The New City of Hamilton.
	Developed Data base for Fisher Controls Inc. in Microsoft Access to support their Quality Assurance Program. The database improved the management of the Fisher's Quality Program. It also helped in better identifying the sources of quality problems.
	Did Data analysis of primary data for a survey conducted by the Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University. The study was conducted to test if the computer based self-answer question system was statistically same as the system of nurse questioning the blood donors.
	Web Master - developed and maintaining a few websites (www.oocities.org/vkgrover/osites.htm)
	Designed Display Boards and Publicity Brochures for the Hamilton-McMaster Rotaract Club.

As a TA at McMaster University, I was responsible to clarify the doubts and problems of students. I was required to teach a certain number of classes, and was responsible for preparing the assignments. As a marker, I marked assignments, midterm and final exams that required deep knowledge of the subjects and sound judgment. Some of the courses I was a TA for are: Business Statistics, Management Science for Business, Operations Modeling with Spread Sheets, Introduction to Operations Management, Quantitative Approaches to Decision Making, Methods for Quality Management, Calculus for Science students, Introductory Computer-Aided Statistics, Probability and Statistical Methods for Science.
