Front door - floor piece cracked

 Front door -- put in bigger catch for lock -- scraping the woodwork as door closes.

 Glad to be finished with those "Electricians with (bad) attitudes"

 Pay for fixing floor where they dribbled the hot water heater down the hall.

 Pay for fixing the carpet in the basement where they dropped solder on the carpet.

 Pay for the ceiling tiles they TORE down the basement.

 Suzy BR - nail in floor by entrance 

 4th stair in second flight  - right side of tread - quarter-size piece of wood coming up

 2nd stair - extra drop of polyurethane.
