Jim_the_Joker enters

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(So you want to spar Jim?)

Jim_the_Joker:oO(Yep.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(K. What’s the stats for Jim?)

Jim_the_Joker:oO(Regular human fighter. Wearing chain mail, iron helm, leather boots, armed with a +1 long sword of Courage.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(K. Fang’s a 7’ werewolf in chrinos form. He’s wielding a +2 metal battle staff 6’ long with 1’ double-edged blade and shield hooks on either end.)

Jim_the_Joker:oO(Cool. He’s gonna kick my ass. lol)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO( It’ll be interesting. Let’s try it out.)

Jim_the_Joker:oO(Ok.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: jumps off of the bar table he was seated on and lands some 20 feet in front of Jim…in his claws, he clutches the 6’ battle staff with 1’ blades on either end…growling and eyeing Jim menacingly with his large golden eyes, his jaws salivate in anticipation of the battle.(RANGE/POSITION)

Jim_the_joker: draws forth his long sword, the blade reflecting the lights within the tavern, and licks his lips as he stares at the werewolf with unnatural calmness. Stepping forward, he closes the distance to his furry opponent, letting out a battle cry as he speeds into a charge.(INITIAL MOVEMENT TO GET IN RANGE)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: snarls ferociously as Jim charges forward at him…bending down on his haunches in a battle stance, the 7’ werewolf prepares his staff for defense…his tongue thirsty for the taste of his opponent’s blood.

Jim_the_joker: Stops quickly, breaking his sudden charge now in range and sends all of the momentum into his long sword as he sends it slashing vertically downwards at Fang’s skull in a rage, hoping to smash it in two.(ATTACK TURN)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: watches as Jim’s long sword sails through the air coming down towards his head and raises his battle staff suddenly, positioning the battle staff horizontally Fang blocks Jim’s blade with the battle staff’s midsection over his head as the clang of metal can be heard from the impact….Fang steps in towards Jim off his haunches and leans in…suddenly snapping with his fangs trying to rip Jim’s face off.(DEFENSE TURN and COUNTER ATTACK)

Jim_the_joker:oO(the staff is metal?)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(Yep. Said that before.)

Jim_the_joker:oO(Ok. Just forgot.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(np)

Jim_the_joker: Suddenly surprised by the advance by Fang, moves back as quickly as he can…his feet slipping beneath him as he falls to the ground on his knees because so much of his balance was forward…Fang’s snap at his face missing just over his head…just now realizing he’s in over his head…tries to crawl between Fang’s open legs to get away.(DEFENSE TURN)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: looks down in befuddlement as he spies his opponent trying to crawl through his legs on all fours…finding this an odd affair for a human…spinning the battle staff between his claws, Fang turns the staff vertical and thrusts the left blade of the battle staff with tremendous force down at Jim’s back as he tries to crawl through his legs.(ATTACK TURN)

Jim_the_joker: bits his lip hard as he hears the sudden crunch of Fang’s battle staff hit the floor behind him…just barely slipping through Fang’s legs in time, the blade cracking the floorboards. Hurries to slip behind Fang, the long sword still in his right hand as he starts to stand behind his opponent.(DEFENSE TURN)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: growls in fury as he realizes Jim has slipped behind him, and spins on his feet in a 180 degree turn to face Jim once again…swinging the right blade of his battle staff in a long horizontal arc as he turns…aiming for Jim’s left ribcage in anticipation of his getting up.(ATTACK TURN)

Jim_the_joker: only halfway to his feet, Jim turns his head to see the large gray blur spinning to attack him again. Jim dives forward to the ground once more, just in time to feel the air move over him as Fang’s battle staff misses just above its target.(DEFENSE TURN)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: howls catching the sight of his opponent once again as Jim lays on his belly on the floor. Fang steps forward quickly to advance above Jim…and spinning the battle staff back into a vertical position, Fang thrusts the left blade of the staff down at Jim’s exposed back.(ATTACK TURN)

Jim_the_joker:oO(Ouch.)

Jim_the_joker: turns over onto his back in an attempt to defend himself, readying his long sword for another swing at his opponent when suddenly…the crunch of chain mail, metal, and bone can be heard as Fang’s left battle staff blade pierces Jim’s chain mail and lodges into his stomach. Jim groans in pain as he’s pinned to the ground like a bug.(DEFENSE TURN and SUCCESSFUL/FATAL HIT)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: grins wildly as he smells the sweet scent of blood through his snout and with a ferocious jerk, twists his battle staff, the blade still lodged in Jim’s stomach…causing severe internal damage.(FATAL HIT CONTINUED FOR DESCRIPTIVE DETAIL)

Jim_the_joker: blood gurgles from Jim’s mouth as his insides are ripped apart by the battle staff blade…any hope of using his long sword in defense lost as his body is shocked with pain by the fatal blow. Both his hands clutching wildly, in a last futile attempt to remove the staff from his torso, but failing.(CONTINUED DESCRIPTION FOR CHARACTER DEATH)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(Cool. Good Spar Jim.)

Jim_the_joker:oO(You too Fang. Pretty quick.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(yeah, but Fang was a bit to much for Jim, given the Chars)

Jim_the_joker:oO(Yep. But that’s ok. It was still fun.)

Jim_the_joker:oO(Well, goto go Fang. See you later.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica:oO(K. Be well.)

Fang_Warrior_of_Atlantica: helps Jim up off the ground with an outstretched claw, Jim’s wounds now healed automatically.

Jim_the_joker: gets up now completely healed from the spar.

Jim_the_joker:oO(Thanks. See ya.)

Jim_the_joker: exits
