R S Source, The- The controlling power of all things evil. Succubus- A witch that has made a pact with evil to renounce all human emotions in exchange for protection from heartbreak. The witch then becomes a succubus, a sexual predator that seeks out and kills powerful men by feeding on their testosterone with a razor sharp tongue. (2.05) T Telekinesis- Prues' original ability. The ability to move objects with your mind. Prue starts out controlling the ability with her eyes, and later with her hand and arm movements. (3.01) Transmogrification- The ability to change shape or form. (3.11) Thowhoi- In the show, this is a Chinese myth, referring to the time when the gates of Hell open. Triquetra- The symbol of the power of three. W Warlock: In the show, an evil version of a witch. Warlocks have powers, but are usually humans in form, without a demon form. Their goal is typically to kill witches and take on their powers. In the religion wicca, warlock means "oath breaker." Wendigo- A werewolf like creature that feeds on human hearts during the phases of the full moon. "Kind of like a cross between a werewolf and Charles Manson." (Piper, The Wendigo) The first Wendigo was a mortal who betrayed her lover. He then cut out her heart and ate it (YUMMY), thus causing his heart to turn into ice, and he into this terrible monster. (1.12) Whitelighter- A "guardian angel for witches," in the words of Leo. Every witch is assigned a whitelighter, who acts as a sort of middle man (woman) between the witch and the Powers That Be. They have the ability to heal their charges IF the witch is wounded on the job, that is, protecting an innocent. Whitelighters are already dead, so the only way to "kill" them is with a darklighters crossbow. The arrow on the bow is dipped in a poison that is lethal to whitelighters. Lighters move between earth and the other world by "orbing," which is how they get the name whitelighter. For a lot of info on lighters, watch Blinded By The White Lighter, episode 3.11. (1.14) Wiccan Rede- "An it harm none, do as ye will." This is the rede that good witches live by. (1.01) Woogyman- A black, smoke like shadow that inhabits the basement of the Manor. It can inhabit peoples bodies and they become evil. The vanquish: I am light, I am one too strong to fight. Return to dark where Shadows dwell, you cannot have this Halliwell.
