Rules

Oh, it's your favorite part of the website eh? Well, if not, then read it anyways....More coming soon....

Basic Rules

1. Vulgarity is allowed, just, try to use it maturely.

2.
When a staff member asks or tells you to do something, try not to second guess
or question them, it gets very irritating, and we don't put up with it for very long
.

3.
Stay active and have fun, I mean, what's the point of wasting your time and ours
by joining then leaving without notice, cause I know every one of us who updates
and keeps the site up could be working on other areas besides putting up worthless joins…

Role Playing Rules (more in role playing help section)

1. All experienced Rpers are to help out the newbies, don't excessively make fun of
and torture them. Just a little don't hurt though

2. Execute moves by using the "action brackets" around what you want to do, should look like this
: <looks around the hangar, while walking behind the tour guide >

3. To talk in character (IC) just type normally.

4. When you use actions, keep them in fragments by not using "I" or "me" in them.
Wasted time because we already know you're the one doing the action.

5. When you're in a vehicle then act like it. To talk to someone outside the vehicle you must use a Communication system. To use a communication unit type
Example: [Com] What you want to say

6. When you are in the chats, keep your actions graceful, but to the point at the same time, 4 line long actions are not all that cool and really waste time.

OOC Conversation:

1. To talk out of character, use parenthesis around your text, it should look as follows: (hi)

2. When you are talking OOC, it does not effect the in game play, and although time does pass, your character isn't actually doing anything

3. When you talk OOC, make sure you are not disrupting a mission. Everybody hates it when that happens, especially the people who are in the middle of that one critical moment in battle.

4. If you use racial slurs, or are excessively vulgar, you will be given a level 1 punishment.

Forum

1. NO ADVERTISING WHATSOEVER

2. If you use racial slurs, or are excessively vulgar, you will be given a level 1 punishment.

3. Do not abuse your right to use the forum, it is a privilege the staff has beset upon you

4. Don't bash other people or other websites here, go somewhere else if you wanna
talk bad about people

Level 6 Repeaters: After 2 offenses, you are assigned a level 7 offense

Level 7 Repeaters: Physically impossible to punish these morons further then 1 time…

Brig Time:
Some offenses are not truly worthy of being kicked from the room, so we use the brigs in the bases to punish people sometimes, and still allow them to participate in everyday role-playing. There is a difference between jail time and brig time. With jail time, you are not allowed to say anything to anybody in the chat room for the duration of your stay, and will be labeled in the members' area as a jailbird. Where as with brig time, you can still come in to the chats, RP, and get your own limited amount of things going for you and can interact with other members if they come and visit you
.
