6-Day Alice Springs to Adelaide Safari: October 1 thru 6.  With Adventure tours and our trusty guide Jay, 22 of us traveled over 3200 Km over six days.  The first three days we spent in Northern Territory visiting Kings Canyon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (Olgas). Some of us, including myself, slept outside in swags these first two nights. On day two, we got up before dawn so we could see the sunrise at Uluru, which I chose to climb. Champaign (sparkling wine, officially) at Uluru sunset and a 850 Km drive the following day concluded the first half of the tour.
