MESSAGE FROM OUR VICE CHANCELLOR…
 
 

Assalammualaikum

First and foremost, allow me to congratulate the team members of the “Study Tour to Germany” upon the success of their program. What I find most encouraging about the team is their commitment to prepare themselves for the future by organizing a program, which is beyond the confines of the traditional education system. Their initiative is proven with the success of this study tour program.

Today, it is very important for the undergraduates to gain more exposure and awareness of what is happening around the world in this ‘borderless’ age. Therefore, this program is just the right one for the undergraduates to shape themselves to face the challenges of globalization.

I am sure, those involved in this program have benefited tremendously. They are given the chance to listen to the views and ideas from both academicians and well-known corporate leaders of Germany during the visit. As we know, Germany is one of the most advance countries in the world and has so much to offer in terms of technology. I do hope that this program will foster links between both Germany and Malaysia. Hopefully, in the future there will be more events and programs organized to facilitate communication and exchange among the Malaysian undergraduates and their German counterparts.

I am pleased to be able to contribute in this program that has benefited so many people. It is my ardent hope that the success of this program will encourage more corporate sector to come forward to support the undergraduates in organizing such program in the future. We hope that from all these exposure, our younger generation will be able to attune themselves to the challenges ahead of them.

And finally, I would like to wish all the undergraduates the best in their future undertakings and may the experiences and exposure that they have gained from this program will help to shape them into a person that will make Malaysia proud.
