LOCKHART DISAPPEARS - NASTY RUMOURS

It has been reported that Gilderoy Lockhart, previous Hogwarts Professor, has disappeared, (writes Wandy Wishlaster, Daily Prophet reporter). Since Gilderoy Lockhart left his post as Defence Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts (the post rumoured to be jinxed), nobody has seen or heard of the famous award winning wizard. Gilderoy Lockhart's fans have been crowded outside Lockhart's house, although the fans have said that there is no sign of the smiling, winking, fame loving Gilderoy Lockhart.
"I haven't seen a sign of him! Not a peep! He hasn't even replied to my fan mail!" said Gladys Gudgeon, devoted fan of Gilderoy Lockhart.
Ministry officials have been trying to quash the rather interesting rumours since he had disappeared (rumours such as the vampire he had saved someone from coming back for revenge, to himself wiping his full memory himself) and beg of the public that they shouldn't jump to conclusions, and that they'll find him as soon as they find one ministry official who would be more than willing to take the job of trying to find him.
Ministry of Magic officials are asking if anyone who sees Lockhart, or hears anything fishy around the place, to call 1800 MOM, the Ministry Of Magic's hotline.
