New York City Audubon Society (NYCAS) was founded in 1979 to
address the critical task of preserving and protecting grasslands,
woodlands, wetlands and wildlife natural habitats throughout New York
City's five boroughs (Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island).
NYCAS has a membership of over 8,000 environmentally-committed city residents and
