 The meeting was opened at 9.55am

 FINANCIAL STATEMENT:   Treasurer presented her report. Delegates have copy.

                                              New account has been opened with Westpac, which has no fees.

                                              The bank balance is $4991. 94

 SECRETARY’S REPORT:  Report was read. Delegates have copy. August meeting is 10^th,  not 17^th as printed in fixture book

 ASST.TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR: Report was presented. Delegates have copy

                                       GENERAL BUSINESS

 1. Change of Executive title “Handicap Manager” to “Assistant Tournament Director” because

     the former title has become redundant, as explained in Asst.Tournament Director’s report.

 2. Open N.Pins on all par 3’s, except in stipulated division events, when one will be awarded in

    each division, and the remainder to be “open”. Long drives to be replaced with 2^nd shots.

 3. Hamersley course has a temporary par 73, AWCR 70 rating

 4. Pt Walter golf course will be closed on the first Monday of each month for the season due

    to renovations.

 5. Stella has asked that Golf link lists be e-mailed to her on the weekend prior to each League

    tournament at the following address: sbusch@iinet.net.au. Yellow handicap book or other

    official notification from club handicapper will be required at the course on the day  for

    those not on Golf Link

 Dolly presented Jenny Lovell with her Life Membership medal.

 There being no further business, the President closed the meeting at 10.30am

 The next meeting will be Monday 11^th May, at Gleneagles at 9.45am
