An entourage of cheerleaders 2. Smart talking to Ash Ketchum. 3. Pokemon that are actually evolved and advanced 4. Grandpa is Professor Oak. Drawbacks: 1. The costume would be a 5 minute costume if it weren't for the impossible anime hair. 2. I'd only get recognized at a screening of the Pokemon movie 3. The boots decrease mobility Story: I've been wanting to do a character from Pokemon for a long time as an instant, since most their character designs were simple and easy. When I first saw the TV intro, I had a fair idea who was who, until I saw, "eh? Who's this smart looking kid in blue that flashes in for a second?". Gary Oak, grandson to Professor Oak. Naturally skilled and raised with all sorts of Pokemon knowledge. Not only that he actually catches tons of Pokemon unlike Ash. Ten Badges. And best of all, he's got a entourage of cheerleaders that follows him around on all his matches cheering "Gary Gary he's our man!" *sigh* And a red convertible with a chauffeur too! Now if I could only get the entourage to make my costume complete.... Version 2.0: Well word comes, and iPlay has pulled out a card. They're going to summon me to wear Gary again by getting 6 cheerleaders. Oh sure! Whatever. *ring ring* Wayne, we got 4 already. O_O. Cripes. Fine. Let's up the ante. We'll compete in these costumes! *think think, Ok Wayne!* Drat. So now I have to upgrade Gary to a non instant cosplay. What to do? Accessorize! First of all Gary needs his boots, and hair redone. And added on the red stripe to his shirt. What else? I got his Pokeball, so now I need a mess of Gym leader badges. And what else? I find out that Gary dons a cape in the Johto Journeys and uses Eevee as his Pokemon. So they're coming along too! It was real fun to get all of this together.
