Crazy Arm is really gross Story: Seeing as that I had left over orange vinyl, which I would never ever use on anything else, I decided I would make this costume. In addition, it would go well with Tiffy's Kula, albiet I debuted this costume ages after the last time she wore that costume back in 2001. The vinyl makes clean up very very easy, I just wipe off dirt with a damp sponge. Because it wouldn't be able to stand a full waster treatment. I went for Tetsuo mode K9999 because I don't like the retreating hairline of default blue haired K9999, and then I get a cape. The cape makes the costume.
