Client Evaluation Process
Our evaluation process
includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:

Personally visiting
with the proposed ward;

Reviewing his or her
medical files;

Interviewing staff
at his or her current residence, as well as, the past residence;
-
Meeting with the
current physician (if necessary);
-
Consulting with the
Attorney Ad Litem;
-
Consulting with the
Guardian Ad Litem;
-
Ccontacting any
family or friends regarding serving as the
-
Guardian of the
Person;
-
Determining and
obtaining any further information necessary to complete our
evaluation; and
-
Filing a written
answer to the Probate Court.
