Who are our Clients?
They are adults
who, because of physical disability, dementia, developmental
disability or other mental incapacity may be:
- Vulnerable
to abuse, exploitation, or self-neglect;
- Experiencing
impaired judgment;
- Unable
to manage personal finances
To be
eligible for the services of this agency, an individual must
- Reside
in Denton County
- Be
over 18 years of age
- Currently
receive benefits from Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid,
Veterans Administration, Private Insurance, or Private Pay
- Be
incapacitated as defined in the Probate Code.
