The Role of Volunteers
Volunteers are the
heart of DCGSI! As
guardians, volunteers visit clients regularly, make placement
decisions, arrange for medical care, manage finances and advocate for
quality care.

Some of the qualifications
include:
- Interested
in helping others
- Skilled
in communication
- Organized
- Sympathetic
to the needs and concerns of disabled and/or older adults.
- Able
and willing to undergo a criminal history and personal reference
check.
- Accurate
and timely with required reports.
