The family (or Familia) is the name for a Numinist fellowship based on the CORE
Statement.
Who can join a Family?
All who come willingly and affirm the CORE Statement.
What the CORE Statement is?
The Common Official Religious Expression Statement is a statement of 12 points which defines
some basic principles upon which to build Neo-Roman fellowships and traditions.
What does a Family do?
Meet for mutual support in honoring the Spirit of Family and in spiritual growth, in demonstrating
the love of the Divine Parents to the world, and in building traditions of worship based on Numinist principles.
What do you mean by Spirit of Family?
The spiritual energy which creates a family-like atmosphere
and serves to bind together a group
of people as family.
What things are appropriate for the family to do together?
Anything a physical family does. But especially communal activities which fulfill the CORE
Statement and family mission.

Who's in charge?
The Spiritual Family is meant to be a democratic organization. It is run by
its members through elections and
meetings. There are Custodians (Custodes)who watch over the meetings and
workings of the Home, but they answer to the Family.
Where do I learn more about family history?
Each family should maintain a family album/ scrapbook so that the past may be remebered and traditions honored.
What is the resposibility and mission of the family?
To come together in fellowship, to develop a family-like relationship and homey atmosphere, to
honor the Spirit of Family and the gods of the home and land in the community and individual
families, and to demonstrate the love of the Divine Parents to humanity and the world.
What is Civil Behavior?
Behavior which is compassionate, honorable, virtuous, hospitable, and conducive to fellowship
and growth of the common good. Each individual fellowship is free to create a Guide to CIvil
Behavior listing any rules they have created. The best policy is laissez-faire, but if you must,
