the advent of the "sixties" brings a time of change

a time of unrest,protest,free spirits,finding yourself

letting your hair down and being yourself

"the sounds of silence"in context is an oxymoron

and to relate silence with the sixties holds true as well

one thing that remains constant is the music

at times it bonds generations sometimes it devides

music is in itself part of our past,present,and future

of the hundreds of songs that made "the sixties" what they were

i have chosen a few that make me remember a better time,a better place.
