Facilities

Our program is housed in the Lakeside Building on the grounds of Ah-Gwah-Ching Center, a state owned and operated Health and Human Services Center located just two miles south of Walker, Minnesota near the junction of MN Hwy 371/200 and Ah-Gwah-Ching Road NW.

The entrance to Ah-Gwah-Ching is clearly marked with a large roadside sign. After you turn off Hwy 371/200 and enter the grounds of Ah-Gwah-Ching, look for us in the second building on the left. For additional directions, please call us at 218-547-4377.
