Memories Revisited - Chapter 10

Liz and Daniel arrived back in LA and when they got to their lavish home, Dylan and Gabrielle were playing in the living room.

"Mamma mamma" Gabrielle ran to her mother.

Liz bent down to catch the little girl in her arms. "Oh my baby, I missed you so much."

Dylan also ran over to his mother. "Mommy I missed you so much."

"I missed you to, oh my babies."

Their reunion was cut short when Daniel ordered Gabrielle and Dylan to their room. The children looked at their mother and she motioned for them to go. "Why did you do that? You knew I wanted to see them."

"Yeah I know, but you can see them later. Right now I want you to myself."

"Daniel please not now, we just got home, I want to take a shower and be with my kids."

"Fine have it your way for now, but later on you'll give me what I want Liz."

Daniel left the living room and went into his study. Once he was out of sight, Liz went upstairs to be with her children and think about what she was going to do next.

Lucky's plane arrived at LA international Airport. He went to the nearest pay phone and found a phone book. It was not long before he found the listing for Daniel Mansfield. "2323 Hillcrest Street…wow Beverly Hills, very nice" Lucky ripped the page out of the book and went to get his rental car.

Lucky drove threw LA until he hit Beverly Hills. He found Liz's street and then found her house. He parked across the street to assess the property. It was a big house with Palm tress on the side lawn. The grass was the greenest green and the house had a wrap around driveway and a three-car garage. As Lucky was looking over the house he noticed two small children come out the front door. He could tell instantly they were Liz's children, they looked just like her especially the little girl, her hair was dark brown and had ringlet curls just like her mother. Lucky smiled at the children and then his attention was brought back to he front door. He saw Liz come out of the house and head towards her children. The little boy and girl ran towards their mother and she hugged them. Lucky always knew she would make a wonderful mother.

As Lucky was watching Liz play with her children, Daniel came out of the house and loudly told the children to go back to their room. Once the children were inside, Daniel grabbed Liz by her hand and pulled her in the house with so much force. Once he got her in the house he pushed her threw the door and slammed it behind them. Lucky wanted nothing more that to run into that house that second, but he knew the timing had to be right.

Daniel dragged Liz up to their bedroom and threw her down on the floor. He got on top of her and started hitting her. Liz must have blacked out because the next thing she knew she woke up the next morning still on the floor. She got herself up and went into the bathroom. She looked in the mirror and cried when she saw herself.
