This is some of my crew, y'all...
Are all damn cool. I love them. Every single last one of you!
I have to give special mention to a few people, so here goes:
- Kaia Lynne is my best friend in the wide world. I love this girl to death. I seriously can't imagine life without her. Whether we're just chillin', talking about "How good she is" :) or, god forbid, GUY problems, or out getting hit on by men that could be our dads on the Wash or by college guys in Perkins, we always have a blast. Always.
- What would I do without the wonderful Ms. Icken? She rocks my world, and keeps an eye on Hibbard Street when I'm not around. She's one of the craziest girls I know, and she always cracks me up. We can be discussing my run-ins with fame, her "JailBait" situation (at UWW), the "black zone", or whatever - the girl always has me laughing.
- Sarah Roelke - I love you! You are such a sweetheart, and you also share my passion for quads and RBF! You know where that sits in my heart! Hey Sarah - "Sorry, I gotta beat off". Oh, man...I miss those days. Rock tha house down in P-Ville, and stay coolies. For always.
- Sujata Patel. Girl, I love you! We get our eat on, our drink on, and our party on. Don't worry - the house will DEFINITELY have a "Suji Corner" next year. It'll be our kick-it spot.
- Craig Sauer - C, C-Dogg, Tha Ghetto Keeper...You're a pretty darn cool guy. You know where I'm at with my ghetto-ocity, and you don't get up on my case for it. Plus, you told me about DMX's "F**kin' Wit D". :) I'm down with that. Just remember - you booze, you lose! *L*
- Lis Cole. I don't know what to say about her. This girls kicks my ass. Seriously, she's got it goin' ON. She may not know it, but trust me. She's cool as all get out.
- Corey Sauer - yeah, your little bro got a shout first. So shut it, already. I guess I want to thank you for first getting me interested in all this homepage bull. And for helping me with things. Remember the time you tried to help me with calc first semester? Yeah - don't do that again. :) Thanks for making SPAM a factor in my life. I owe you. Really. And for the glorification of sporks. I don't know what society would do without a guy like you. But most of all, I thank you for all the help with the Happy Norwegian Home Page. I think you were a catalyst in starting my WONDIFFEROUS friendship with a certain Norwegian...her name starts with a "K" and ends with an "aia".
- Tyler Lane. Boy, you have gotten me through some pretty craptacular times. Melemba all the talks in your driveway? We'd sit in my car forever, just talking. I love you for that! And I might just accept your "proposal" - you'd better watch out! :)
- Briana Way Sowdee. Cousin. I love ya babe! From the days when we bit each other, to the days of hangin' behind the bleachers at 151 (all our little boyfriends...haha) to now...we've been through a lot. I really do admire you...you just have such an amazing personality, spirit, and mind. You crack me up...you get me into ghetto music. :) Keep it real, girl.
- Jason Ducat - for scanning pictures for me. And that's it. No, really, for being a pretty damn chill guy, even if all you ever do is pick on me. And for Pete's Sake, would you get over that Ford crap you seem to like so much?
- Kate Wheelock. Well, you're actually going to try to put up with me for a few semesters. How cool are you? Very. Man...you've been there for me in rough times. Thanks for everything that went down on my birthday...thanks for awesome nights out...thanks for sharing my Beastie Boys OBSESSION...thanks for letting me cry on your shoulder...thanks for coming and chilling in my room whenever...thanks for calming me down when I came back from my chem final...thanks for what I'm sure will be an awesome year this year. Also, thanks for giving me shit about all the crazy stuff I pull, but not enough to make me feel horrible - just enough to make me think about things. Live it up!
- Jon - we met at SOAR and are still friends. How cool is that? That is cool. I love ya, but don't ever let me drink JD again, alright?
- My family. You people are awesome. For everything. For letting me live :) For helping me grow up. For raising me the way you did. For letting me make my own decisions and not making me feel like crawling in a hole when I didn't make the best ones. For being there for me, no matter what. For loving me through all my attitudes, mood swings, crazy ideas, and speeding tickets :) For teaching me to let people help me when I need it, but to never get into a situation where I can't completely depend on myself. For reading to me when I was little. For not letting me give up. On anything. For being there through boyfriends and broken curfews and post-boyfriends and tears. For letting me do my own thing. Within reason. For not disowning me when I came home from school with a few "body art" additions. For not letting me get too depressed about not getting a 4.0 in college. For helping me realize that I'm *not* the only one that doesn't really know what I want to do with my life. For buying my waterpaints when I was little. For an amazing home...not house, HOME. For reminding me of my goals when I start to get a little, well, unfocused. For watching softball games, basketball games, and wrestling meets and football when I cheered. For going great distances for marching band - Columbus and Oregon. For NOT pulling me out of the Flags of Freedom Parade :) For not always bailing me out of situations, so that I could learn something from them. For not teaching me that girls aren't capable of doing everything boys can do. For letting me play with Barbies and Tonka trucks. For being steady in your faith - it helps me develop mine. Most of all, for loving me no matter what, and helping me become who I'm becoming. I love you more than what I can say on this page.
- A special thanks to my mom. I don't know what I'd do without her. I'm so fortunate to have a mom as cool as mine that is also one of my best friends. I love you.
