Instead of a restrictive guild structure with castes and divisions, we have decided to use a traits system which leaves the player to be able to create an original character with a wide selection of skills at there finger tips. Instead of the rigid rules that other structures place upon  there members. Of course some skills may well be restricted until you reach a certain trust level, while others will be banned from use completely. This is because we want to keep a certain amount balance with other guilds we will encounter and balance within our own tribe. 

Skills that are restricted and may not be used unless granted by the Council or upon reaching a certain trust level.
