Trust
Level
The
tribe is lead by those most trusted by all the elves and these highly
trusted elves are named the elders, these elves coordinate and run all
tribal issues. The whole tribe is structured around trust, the more
trustworthy you become the higher you rise within the Wildwood Elf
community.
What affects my trust level? Well
many things, But the best way to gain trust is too show you are
committed to the tribe, by leading hunting missions, getting to know
your fellow elves, making an active effort to learn elvish. Everything
that benefits the tribe and your role playing abilities raises your
trust level. But also your trust level can fall from you being inactive
for more than thirty days, to attacking or endangering your fellow
tribal kin or showing disrespect to the elders.
How does my trust effect my position within the tribe? Well more
trusted you become the more likely other elves will listen to you and
follow you into dangerous situations. You we also gain rewards for your
commitment to the tribe such as better armours and the ability to learn
harder skills
Will I be given a title
regarding my trust level? Yes of course, they range from un-trusted
(usually associated with new elves to the tribe) to ultimately the elder
stature or distinguished trust level.

Trust
Level rise and fall depending on how you play, roleplay, help and manage
yourself within the tribe and with others. For example your trust level
will rise if you lead a successful hunt to gather some leather for the
tribe, but your level would fall if one of your fellow elves falls
unconscious. Every aspect of tribal life can affect your trust level.
Only the elders can mange your trust level but members can suggest to
the elders that to raise or lower the trust level of a fellow elf.
