You enter a round room that is paneled with many different colors of bark and wood.  You see a round table with an opening in one side.  There are chairs around the outside edge, and one chair in the center.  The chair in the center says, in runes, "Talmaran Oakleaf, Facilitator for the High Council of Elves."  The chairs around the side say, in runes, from right to left:

  • Member 2:  Trek Emeraldglade
  • Member 3:  Fireflash Lavablade
  • Member 4:  Desalina
  • Member 5:  Mossfoot Vinewhip
  • Member 6:  Zipporah Greentree
  • Member 7:  Sunbeam
  • Member 8:  Calin Bel Esprit

As you continue into the room to voice your opinion on the settlement, you realize that there's no-one in the room.  You must have come at the wrong time.  However, there is a sheet of paper made of bark on the wall, with writing on it.  You can discern the runes though they are smudged with rain.  They say, "If you have come while the Council is out of session, and you have a suggestion to present for them, please write it in one of the spaces below.  Thank you,
