On behalf of the Winchelsea Fun Kart Club Inc. We welcome your application for membership. Our club is strictly a family orientated club, and as such, " FUN " is the key element.

This has been the main ingredient for this club's success, and we hope that this is your reason for wanting to be part of it. If you are seeking membership for serious racing, then I suggest you are applying to the wrong club; this is not what we are about !

A " win at all costs " approach to racing has no part in our club's agenda. It is vital that you understand the following before membership can be granted.

* Four stroke engines are to remain totally standard ( as per rules ).

* The rules and constitution of the club are to be obeyed at all times.

* Fun is to be the key element.

* There will be no arguments entered into at the track.

* The Chief Marshall on the day and the Committee's decision are final.

* Members are expected to assist with marshalling / flag duties.

* Membership must be paid on time.

You must also realise and understand that any form of racing is dangerous, and you and your family participate soley at your own risk. Our club has Public Liability Insurance only, and as such, you attend and compete entirely with this knowledge.

The club can arrange NASA Insurance if you wish, but this is at extra cost to yourself.

With the understanding of the above, we ask that you and your family read this agenda. You will then be able to appreciate the aim of our club. That is maximum fun for the entire family for minimum outlay, whilst endeavoring to keep all carts on an even keel with no unfair advantages. Winning is to be seen as a secondary issue.
