Membership Application Form "Sign Me Up"

The annual membership for the Wittering Divers Club is £17.00. Membership runs from 1^st Jan 2004 through to 31^st Dec 2004. Details of apportioned membership costs for those joining mid-year are listed in the table below the application form.

Social membership is £12.00 per year and is apportioned by a £1.00 per month reduction
