Mox FAQ
Q: How long have you
guys been a clan?
A: Since February 1, 2004.
Q: Do you guys give free hand-outs for joining the clan?
A: No, and it is unwise to ask for equipment from us if you're a Mox. If you
play long enough with us we will gear you up, don't worry.
Q: I go to your channel on battle.net and no one is
in there? Where is everyone?
A: Chances are we are in games. We usually don't hang out in the channel too
long. If your looking for us, the best thing to do is to go to our website
and add our account names to your friends list. Our account names can be found
on the 'Roster' page on our website.
Q: How long do I have to serve as a Mox?
A: There is no set time limit. You will remain a Mox until we see fit to promote
you or demote you.
Q: I see all your activities on your website. Can I participate in any of
the tournaments?
A: Unfortionalty our activates are for members only (unless it specify states
Mox can compete). Mox should be working on building their St_ characters to
become part of the clan rather than participating in other activates.
Q: I have a friend on battle.net. He is not in the clan
but can he play in the private clan games?
A: No, private clan games are just that…private.
Q: I see that you guys are playing in private clan games
but I cant seem to get in. Is it password protected?
A: Yes, you need to follow the directions upon joining our clan. You will
be e-mailed a password once you properly fill out the Mox Application.
Q: I have a bunch of stuff I would like to give to the clan mule. Is that
ok?
A: No, keep in mind your not officially in the clan yet. If you put equipment
on a clan mule it becomes clan property. Its best that you hold on to it until
you are a Warrior.
Q: I have some stuff that might have been duped. Is
that ok to use in the clan? I found it before I was in the clan?
A: No, you must drop it in a random game and leave it. Do not allow anyone
to pick it up. Terminate the game as soon as you drop it to destroy the item(s).
Duped equipment is a form of cheating and we do not condone that here.
Q: I want to get into the clan REALLY BAD!! Just tell
me what you want me to do and I'll make sure I impress you! Is that what you
want?
A: We are not here to control you or to manipulate you. People simply get
accepted into this clan on their personality alone. The best thing to do is
to act friendly, courteous, and be yourself!
Q: I don't have any room in my friends list.
A: Best thing to do is to start a new account when entering this clan so you
can add most of our members to your friends list. It is critical that you
make contact with members and play with them to gain membership in our clan.
Q: I registered with your message board and when I went
to sign in, it wont let me into my account. How come?
A: No, we did not kick you out! :) The username and password sign are both
case-sensitive which means if you used capital letters anywhere throughout
your username or password, you must type it that way every time. It is best
to select the option to always log on automatically when you visit our message
board.
Q: Are Mox allowed to post on the message board?
A: Of course! It is encouraged!! Being more active on the board gives you
a better chance of getting in...and faster too! You will not have access to
the Private Boards but you can post in the Public Boards!
