Vatican City
Check out Milan in winter! That was taken on Christmas eve and the snow flake were beautiful, especially since it was MY FIRST TIME SEEING SNOW FALL!!!! It was brilliant to say the least... The pictures of Vatican City in Rome were taken of Rapheal Stanze's fresco - I studied his paintings back in art history but to see the real thing in front of you was absolutely amazing! The picture of a bronze horse taken at Como is another favorite. Como is a pretty lakeside town on the border with Switzerland.

Breman
Prague's atomic clock, apperently the first in the world, was a pretty sight when it starts chiming. The photo in the center is of a protester who was killed during the Russian Invation of 1968. The photo of a skeleton holding onto his own skin was rather erie, since they are all preserve dead people. It was taken at an exhibition in Cologn. Oh and apperently there is a story behind the photo of the rooster, the cat, the dog and the donkey taken in Breman but I don't know what it is so if you can help...

Rui and I hitchhiking. Mont Saint Michel
The photo of Billund was taken at Legoland - way cool place for kids, which was the problem... I have grown up! Oh I like the photo of the Japanese looking house and the Tibeten prayer flags pictures in Copenhagen, as both were taken at Kristiana, an old army barrack turned permanent squat zone and it is pretty well organized! With their own rubbish collection and recycling system oh and did I mention that they sell weed openly? Nice! The picture of Hillarod was taken just behind the Royal Palace, with a pretty nice garden - but pity the day was rather bleak. As for Mont Saint Michel, it was taken while my mate Rui and I was trying to hitch a ride with the spectacular Monastery in the background.

Lisbon
While in Barcelona I met a Makoto Ueno, a Japanese backpacker who is an antique cameras enthusiast. In 2001 I visited him in Tokyo and were given these black and white photos he took in 2000. My favourite photo here is of the old tram covered in graffiti taken in Lisbon. The beautiful lighting, both from within the tram and the street lights behind it were so well captured on print.
