Lance opened the door quietly and peeked outside just in time to see Justin and Chris go into Joey's room. He shut the door as quietly as he had opened it and turned to his partner in crime. JC was pacing around nervously, excitation running through him.
" I can't believe we're doing this. It's completely crazy. I love it."Lance laughed deeply, his eyes never leaving JC. " You're sure you want to do this. Because after today, there's no turning back until they are convinced we're together." He said, hoping JC wouldn't change his mind. They had spent the night talking about it, agreeing on starting slow.
" Even if they keep teasing me about Bobbie I want to do it. Think about the fun we'll have." JC said, grinning so much it made Lance wonder about his friend's motivation. He shrugged it off and grinned back at JC." Let's go then. Time to start the game."
Lance took JC's hand and dragged him out of their room and into Joey's room. As he opened the door, Lance let go of JC's hand and whispered softly into his ear. It was part of the plan, make the other three feels like JC and Lance were sharing a special bond.
JC giggled and leaned against Lance. Both men were now laughing as the rest of the group was staring at them. Lance and JC acted like they hadn't noticed their friends gaze and sat on the couch, unusually closer than they would normally sit.
" Something you want to share with the rest of the class?" Chris asked, feeling like he was missing a good joke.
JC smiled at him innocently before glancing quickly at Lance. " Nah. You wouldn't understand."
Chris looked back and forth between his two friends. He sat back on his chair, pouting. " Fine. I don't want to know anyway."
Lance winked at JC, whose smile grew wider with every passing second. Justin and Joey ignored them as they heard the hotel employee at the door with their breakfast.
Chris though kept his eyes on his two remaining friends who were still whispering softly in each other ears. A small laugh was heard every now and then, making the older man feel out of place. He shrugged as the tray of food was placed in the middle of the room.
JC and Lance filled their plate and sat back together on the couch. They put more distance between them this time. Joey, Chris and Justin were at the table, making small talk but mainly concentrating on their food. After a few minutes JC glanced at Lance who nodded, trying to stop his smile.
" You have butter on your face." JC said as he fully faced Lance.
" Oh. Where?" The blond replied as he stick his tongue out and tried to lick the butter, acting the most innocently he could.
" You're cute." JC said laughing as he reached for Lance's cheek and wiped the butter with his finger, purposely letting his hand wander longer. " There you go."
" Thanks." Lance replied, smiling softly. JC noticed his friends looking at them from the corner of his eyes. He slowly brought his finger to his month and licked the butter off of it.
" Guys…" Justin said as he cleared his throat. " What's going on?"
" Nothing. Lance had butter on his face. I took it off. What's wrong with that?" JC asked as he tried to keep a straight face.
Justin eyed them suspiciously, trying to figure out why his two of his best friends were acting weirdly. He looked at Chris for an answer but the older man only shrugged. Justin then looked at Joey who didn't seem to care too much about their friends, his food being his priority.
" I'm not hungry anymore." JC said as he stretched on the couch, trying to touch Lance subtly. " Lancey poo, when do we have to be ready for the interview?" He asked as he turned to Lance again.
" Lancey poo? What the heck?" Justin mouthed to Chris in disbelief.
" Not before 2 this afternoon." Lance answered as JC stood up.
" Fine. See you later." JC said to the room as he walked to the door. No one moved as he walked through the room. Once at the door, JC stopped and turned to Lance. " You coming?"
Lance nodded rapidly and almost jumped off the couch. He hurried outside the room, following JC.
" What the heck is going on?" Justin said when he was sure Lance and JC couldn't hear him. " They never acted like this before."
" I don't know. I felt like an intruder." Chris said, still looking at the door, as if it would give him answer.
" Why the sudden change?" Justin asked as Chris finally looked back at him.
" Let them be. It's none of our business." Joey said, voicing his opinion for the first time. " If they have something they want to tell us, they will." He said, his tone no leaving place for a reply. Chris and Justin leaned further on their chairs and pouted at the same time. Joey rolled his eyes and kept eating.

" That was fun." JC said as he relaxed on the bed after a good laugh with Lance, who was also on the bed.
" Man, I almost burst out laughing when you licked your finger. That was so not in the plan." Lance said, still laughing as the memory came back.
" Hey guys."
Both men stopped laughing and sat up. Bobbie was standing there right in front of them. Lance suddenly felt very uncomfortable and made a move to stand up but JC stopped him.
" She knows. I told her on the phone this morning. While you were in the shower." JC explained as Lance relaxed.
" You guys are completely nuts. You sure it's only gonna be a game?" Bobbie asked.
" Yup." JC replied happily.
Bobbie turned around and went in the bathroom. " Yeah. Right." She muttered as she closed the door.
" Are you sure she's okay with that? She won't tell?" Lance asked nervously, worried their plan would be backfired.
" I'm sure. Now we have to come with a plan for the interview this afternoon."
Lance smiled and made himself comfortable on the bed.
