Lifetime Replacement, 30-Day Return, Shipping & Handling, and
Credit Card Charge Authorization Policies
We apologize for the below list of policies but they are
necessary to ensure there are no misunderstandings regarding
purchases from us.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
We will replace any defective product we sell with a brand new
item, as long as you are the original owner, even after the
warranty period expires. In order for us to offer this service the
item must be an item that is part of our "current inventory" at
the time we receive it in our warehouse. "Current inventory" is
defined as an item we are currently offering for sale as brand new
on our website and/or that is available from our distributor(s).
"Current inventory" does not include items listed as a
"close-out," "special" or any "open box" items.
A nominal fee may be charged to cover shipping and handling
expenses associated with providing you with a brand new item. This
Lifetime Replacement Policy goes into effect after 30 days from
the date of product delivery to you. Please retain a copy of your
invoice as it will be required in the event you need to utilize
our Lifetime Replacement service.
30-Day Return & Money Back Guarantee Policy
We offer a 30-Day Return & Money Back Guarantee privledge. To
help keep our prices low please review and follow the below return
policies and procedures.
Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt and notify
us of any damage or shortage within 24 hours of delivery. After 24
hours from delivery we are not able to replace any missing items
or correct any product shortage. All If for any reason you are not
satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may
return it for a refund or credit (less shipping and handling
charges and any applicable restocking fee) within 30 days of
delivery as listed below:
Product must in new and original condition.
Product must be returned in 100% original product packaging,
uncut, unmodified and unused or it will be refused and returned.
Exception: We will accept the return of opened/cut "blister
sealed" packages unless otherwise stated.
Product must be returned and received at our warehouse within
30 days of the initial delivery date to you. Product must be
returned at your expense through a “traceable means” (e.g.
certified mail, insured mail, UPS or FEDEX). We are not
responsible for items returned and delivered to us without a
delivery confirmation signature. Most shipping carriers offer some
type of delivery signature confirmation service.
All components and manual must be returned.
A clear return address must be on the package.
Credit or refund is issued for returned products less shipping
and handling charges. Shipping and handling is not refundable,
even if merchandise is defective.
We are not responsible for any compatibility issues, errors,
photograph misrepresentations, typographical errors, or product
description omissions. Customer is responsible for ensuring
product compatibility of any product they purchase.
Items not in compliance with this return policy will be
returned back to you at your expense or subject to additional
restocking fees.
A Return Authorization Number (RA #) is required for all
product returned to us. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Form. The Return
Authorization Form will contain a RA # and provide you wiith
additional information and instructions for returning your
product. No product will be accepted without a RA # labeled on the
outside of the package.
Any product returned for a refund is subject to a
restocking fee of up to 20%. Due to our low prices and slim profit
margins a restocking fee is necessary in order to cover expenses
associated with processing product returns and credit card fees.
Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and
orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or
returned to us because they are not claimed by the recipient are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not
refundable.
Any merchandise returned for a refund in which there is a
claim that the merchandise is defective will be fully tested upon
receipt. If upon testing the merchandise is found to be in working
order and without defect a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Defective product sent to us for replacement during the 30 Day
inspection period will be shipped back to you at our expense using
the shipping method and carrier of our choice. We are not
responsible for any return shipping expenses that you incur when
shipping defective product back to us for replacement or refund.
After 30 days from date of delivery all requests for a refund
will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All requests to accept the return of merchandise for a refund
are at the sole discretion of the management.
Shipping & Handling Policies
We make every attempt to ship the same day all orders received
before 1:30 PM Eastern Time but due to unforseeable circumstances
we do not make any guarantees that an item will ship the same day.
Please contact us if your order is delivery time sensitive so we can
verify shipping and delivery times.
Due to logistic reasons, all orders placed after 1:30PM
Eastern Time are considered as being placed the next business day
even though the order may actually process and ship the same day.
We are not responsible for a shipping carrier's delivery
guarantee failures. We will make every attempt, but do not
guarantee, a refund of shipping and handling charges in the event
a shipping carrier fails to deliver your package according to the
carrier's delivery guarantee.
We make every effort to publish a notice on the website when
an item is not in stock and to provide an estimated ship date for
out-of-stock merchandise.
Due to unforseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee the
inventory or stock of merchandise nor can we guarantee a product
will ship and be delivered on a particular date and at a
particular time. Please contact us if you require to know the
inventory and stocking status of a particular item or if you
require time specific delivery.
We are not responsible for any Customs fees, duties, taxes,
VAT, etc., for any order shipped outside of the Indonesia. We
are not responsible for any Custom delays.
Any International Customs Duties and Fees charged back to us
by a shipping carrier or brokerage service will be billed to the
credit card on file and a 15% administrative paperwork fee will be
added to the amount we are charged.
International order transit times published on our wesbsite
are estimates only and do not include Customs clearance
times.
In the event we ship you the incorrect product or item please
contact us immediately. Do NOT open the product packaging if the
product you received is not the product you ordered!
Exceptions to our 30 Day Return Policy
All "installed equipment" sales are final. Installed equipment
products include any product designed to be "hardwired" to the
vehicle and include car kits, such as the Motorola HFW8000 Car Kit
and the Sony Ericsson HCB-30 and HCB-330 car kits. These products
are not returnable but will be repaired or replaced by us or
covered under manufacturer warranty. We recommend that you test
the car kit before installation. We are not liable for ANY costs
related to the Installation or De-Installation of a car kit.
Opened software and memory chips (i.e. TransFlash) sales are
final. Defective software and memory chips will be replaced within
30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase all
software and memory chip warranty claims must be handled with the
manufacturer.
Special order and close out merchandise sales are considered
final and may not be returned but defective merchandise will be
repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.
Credit Card Charge Policies
When you checkout and provide us with your credit card number
you agree to pay the total amount due shown on your order
confirmation. The following statement is printed (in part) on your
credit card receipt, which will be enclosed with your order: "I
agree to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer
agreement (merchant agreement if credit voucher). I hereby
authorize AlphaNet, by way of this online service, to charge my
credit card on file for the submitted amount. Furthermore, I have
agreed to the presentation of my bill on the Bantarjati Inc web
site. This authorization applies to this payment only. If I want
to use this method of payment again, I must complete this
authorization process at that time. I agree to be held responsible
for any address change shipping surcharges assessed to
Bantarjati Inc and AlphaNet by Airborne Express, UPS, or FedEx
in the event that the address I provide is incorrect or missing
address information such as apartment/unit/suite/floor number,
incorrect city/zip code, etc. I agree to and authorize AlphaNet to
charge up to $15.00 to my credit card for any shipping change
surcharges they incur."
