Question #1: Are you affiliated
with the companies "Bantarjati-inc.com", or the Ebay User
"nenen03" ? |
|
We are not affiliated in any way whatsoever with these
companies nor the individual that operates these companies.
|
Question #2: What is the best
Bluetooth wireless technology headset or car kit available? |
|
We are asked this question at least once a day and
unfortunately there really is no best answer to this question. As
with anything else, if there was a single best Bluetooth wireless
technology headset or carkit we would all be using that one
headset or car kit.
We only offer quality merchandise which we feel will give our
customers the best value for their money. We stay on top of the
industry and chances are if there is a product that is not sold on
our website it is because it did not meet our high standards of
quality.
If there is a product you would like us to consider selling,
please contact us.
|
Question #3: Which headset do you
recommend? Which headset should I buy? Which headset is the most
reliable? |
|
Since everyone's preferences are different we really do not
make recommendations as to which headset you should purchase.
Deciding on which headset to purchase is 99% subjective - show us
five people that like a headset and we will show you twenty people
that hate it...and vice versa. One person may think a headset is
loud and comfortable while another person will think it is
uncomfortable with poor volume.
All our products will list objective and factual information
such as weight, approximate size, battery life, length of
manufacturer's warranty, etc.. In addition, to help our customers
choose the right headset, we will list "Pros" and "Cons" whenever
possible. Please note that the pros and cons we list are opinions
and based on actual customer feedback. We recommend two websites
for product reviews and for additional research:
MobileBurn.com
and
HowardForums.com.
As far as quality, all headsets we sell are considered to be of
good quality. We see the same defects and complaints in just about
every headset model we sell. Complaints and defects we have seen
include: echoing, poor range, poor battery life, and inability to
connect. Occassionally we will see housing issues where the
headset housing will come apart. These complaints are not limited
to any particular headset or manufacturer. Bluetooth components
and chips are made by a small handful of manufacturers and this
partly explains why we see problems from all the manufacturers.
|
Question #4: How much do you
charge for shipping and handling? |
|
Shipping and handling rates and options may be found by
placing an item into the online shopping cart and proceeding to
checkout.
|
Question #5: Do you ship outside
the United States? Will you accept my credit card if I am outside
the United States? |
|
We ship worldwide but due to fraud and identity theft concerns
we reserve the right to refuse credit card as a form of payment
from certain countries. We use a proprietary method of determining
under what circumstances we will accept a credit card for payment.
If there is a problem with accepting your credit card we will
contact you.
|
Question #6: Do you offer
technical support? |
|
Due to the vast number of phones on the market, please contact
the phone or headset manufacturer for all support related issues.
The manufacturers are more familiar with their devices and how
they interact with each another.
|
Question #7: What is your return
policy and how does the Lifetime Replacement service work? |
|
We offer a 30 day inspection period and a lifetime replacement
service. Please click
here to view our Return Policy and for additional information
about our Lifetime Replacement service. The manufacturer's
warranty applies to all items we sell. In the event we cannot
replace an item under our lifetime replacement service policy we
will assist you in obtaining warranty service through the
manufacturer .
|
Question #8: Can you tell me which
phones are Bluetooth wireless technology enabled? |
|
Bluetooth wireless technology enabled phones are available
from Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Panasonic, and Motorola. Please check
with the phone manufacturer to see which model phones have
Bluetooth wireless technology technology.
Sprint PCS does offer the Sony Ericsson T608 Bluetooth wireless
technology enabled phone but due to a long history of problems
with the Bluetooth wireless technology in it we do not recommend
it for purchase..
Verizon Wireless customers can use the Motorola 270c with the
optional Bluetooth wireless technology module or the Motorola V710
with built-in Bluetooth wireless technology. Verizon Wireless no
longer sells the 270c but it can be purchased on Ebay.
Bluetooth wireless technology enabled phones are NOT yet
available from Kyocera, Sanyo, Audiovox, Samsung, or Nextel. If
you have a phone manufactuered by one of these companies please
consider the Jabra BT200 Headset for Non-Bluetooth wireless
technology enabled phones.

Question #10: Your prices are so
cheap! Is your merchandise really brand new? |
|
All the merchandise we sell is brand new and received directly
from the manufacturer or the manufacturer's distributor.
We are able to offer low prices because we purchase our
inventory in extremely large volumes. In addition, we have formed
unqiue pricing relationships with our suppliers which allows us to
pass the savings on to our customers. |
