Coneria: Attack Carrier
The attack carrier has three sections. The right parts are two tetrahedron, the center is the main carrier, the right is a rectangular prism. The carrier alternates uses each side for attacks. The right side parts fold over and shoot missiles, the left side flips a section and aircrafts come out. Shoot the red triangles when the missiles come and shoot the red rectangle when the ships come out. When the arwing has done enough damage to a part it will fall off. When all three parts are down then main section will attack. It will shoot plasma balls at the arwing and when the arwing gets close it will fly to a distance. Shoot the base of it, not the "head" to damage it.

Asteroid Belt: Rock Crusher
The crusher consists of two wings with a shield sliding between them in pauses. First the crusher will slide the shield and expose four laser sections. After a while it will rotate again and slide the shield to another section with another four lasers. First blast off the laser sections when exposed by shooting the little flashing red squares. After the eight cannons are removed, the shield will come off and expose the tiny center. The carrier will now shoot plasma balls from the center. Damage the carrier by shooting the flashing little circle. Direct hits are not required, anything around it is fine.

Space Armada: Atomic Core
This is the first trial for sharp manship. The core will not move but the whole room will rotate, and the little machines on the wall and the energy fields will too. First you have to destroy the little machines, which is hard since the beams or the walls will crash into you. Also a little ship will come out if you lean to the edge to much. A good way to aim is roll to one side (press and hold L or R), and wait for the room to pause and change rotation. Move to the side so that the machine will come to you, and get close to the wall. Line the arwing with a machine and fire, fire, fire. The machine will run into you. After the machines are destroyed the shields of the atomic core will lower and will shoot lasers. Dodge the lasers but since there is very little energy, just blast and use you nova bombs.

Meteor: Dancing Insector
This war machine looks like a giant spider. First fire at the legs until they all are not on the ground. When all the legs are off the ground the machine drops and makes itself into a giant blade wheel. It will zoom into the arwing either high or low. Fly up or drop to the ground accordingly. Again it will dance again so shoot all the legs down again. Until now the machine will have shot only plasma balls. Now the legs will turn red and form the wheel permanently. The machine will now shoot a pillar to the ground which then bounces directly on the arwing's position twice. Just fly to the right or left. Also every while the machine will fly in again into the arwing. Just shoot the legs, they will come off, then shoot at the leftover pod when all the legs are gone.

Venom (atmosphere): Phantron
Phantron will first fire lasers at the arwing, just shoot at it. After some damage it will spiral out and split into three Phantrons. All will fire and only one is real. Shoot at each and when you here the ship "squeal" keep firing. After being discovered patron will slide to the left or right and split. To add extra shots for damage chase patron with the laser when it slides.

Venom (surface): Phantron
First it will attack as it did in the atmosphere. When you nearly destroyed it, it will shift into a machine with a small body and two large legs; and heal itself. Now it is hard. It will shoot missiles, lasers, and plasma toward the arwing. Keep a rapid stream of laser fire and aim at the center body. When patron takes some damage it will hop to a different place. After three hops, it will make a long jump to the arwing. Fly all the way to the right or left. It will then reposition itself and split into three! The three will slide randomly and still shoot lasers, missiles and plasma. Find the real one and fire. Repeat the cycle. Also once in a while it will throw it legs at to slowly. Dodge by moving to the extremes of the screens. When it dies do not rest, the legs and body will slide to you. Make sure they don't crash into the arwing.

Andross
Andross is a big scary cube. His attack is to form a face and spit out spinning blocks, weave moderately to dodge. After a time the face will inhale everything. Don't worry, the arwing won't go in. After it will spit out a whole #$$@# load of blocks. Weave accurately to avoid them. Areas in front of the eyes seem to have the least congestion. To beat him blast out both eyes. When both eyes are destroyed (red), the face will break apart and the cube will fly toward the arwing. In relation on the position of the cube when it first appears shoot the bottom. You know damage is inflicted by the "squealing" and the side of the cube will flash. Damage the cube enough and Andross is destroyed. If you didn't inflict enough, the face will reform and you have to remove it again to get to the cube.
