The K.I.D.S. site is compiled by kids like you from 2 classrooms in Madison, Wisconsin and 2 classrooms in Boulder, Colorado. They work together to select and link interesting and fun sites for their biweekly K.I.D.S. Web-sites...so check them out! Also you may search this site for science information and read past issues of K.I.D.S.!

What do you weigh on another Jupiter? How old are you on Mars? How can you figure it out? To learn these answers and much more check out Kid's Space (Grades 1-8). This site also has cool games and puzzles and you can even join Space Cadet Academy where you will learn all about astronauts, space-suits, and space shuttles!

Adopt a Wild Animal!

 

One of the National Wildlife Federation's great ideas was to Adopt an Animal! So link to Utah's Hogle Zoo (All Grades). Through this site you can "Adopt a Wild Child;" in other words, you can adopt a zoo animal for a year. Download an Adoption Application for your class today!

Also the Shambala Preserve lets you Adopt a Wild Animal!

Math is Fun!

* Do you think that you are clever? Check out Clever Games for Clever People (Grades 9-12) and try all sixteen games to see if you measure up!

*Do you know your multiplication tables? Do you want to solve a mystery? Solve the problems on the Stanley Park Chase (Grades 3-6) and see if you really are a math detective!
